Rice: 2 cups

Oil: 3 tbsp

Salt to taste

Method:

Separate mint leaves from stems.Otherwise the stem portions without leaves and chop.

Clean them and dry them.

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in pan.Fry these leaves until they wilt and keep aside. When they are cool, grind them along with green chillies into a coarse paste.Add little water if required.

Add 2 tbsp of oil to the same pan.Add chopped onions and saute till they are golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and saute till the raw smell is gone.

Now, add salt, garam masala and ground mint chilly paste.
