To Go Rice noodle upma


This is a simple, healthy and easy breakfast.Only requirement is keep a packet of rice noodles at home.
Preparation time: 20 min.
Ingredients:
Rice noodles: 1 medium packet
Green chili :3
Turmeric: 1/4 tsp
Oil: 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Seasoning:
Split black gram:2 tsp
Mustard: 1 tsp
Dry red chili:1
Bengal gram/chick pea slits: 3tbsp
Garnishing:
Coriander leaves
Cashew nuts
Method:
Boil rice noodles in water.Drain them and keep them separate.
In a medium sized pan, heat oil.Add seasoning.
Add green chili, cashew, turmeric, salt and rice noodles.
Mix well until turmeric coats the noodles.This gives a beautiful appearance.
Fry for 5 min.
