There are different types of egg dosa too.Preparation time: 30 min.
Ingredients:
Rice flour: 4 cups
Grated coconut: 2 cups
Green chilies: 4
Coriander leaves : a handful
Eggs: 2
Cumin seeds/ powder: 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil: 2 tbsp
Method:
Mix all the above ingredients except oil.
Add water and bring the batter to dosa consistency and pour dosa just as described in the previous post 'DOSA'.
Serve hot with chutney.
