Breakfast with Tapioca

Pearl tapioca does not have much medicinal importance. It comes under the category of neutral food. Here is a recipe out of this.It is a good, spicy breakfast item and also as a lunch box.Only problem is, it should be soaked overnight.(oh,....lot of planning....,Grrrrrrr).Its taste might come under the grade 'average'.
Preparation time :10 min.
Ingredients:

250 grams Tapioca (soak it overnight or for 8 hrs- not too excess water)
1 or 2 medium onion (sweet, red,yellow......whatever...doesn't matter)
50 grams peanuts (coarse blending needed)
3 green chillies
seasoning:
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp coriander powder
8 or 10 curry leaves or 1 tsp of the powder

2 tbsp oil (preferably EVOO)
to taste salt
garnishing:
coriander leaves

Recipe:
Oil in pan-add cumin, mustard-after it spatters
add onions, green chillies ( substitution with chilli powder is permitted....hahaha) fry until onions turn into golden brown colour
add curry leaves,peanuts,coriander powder,salt-saute for 2 min.
add tapioca-cook on low until excess water is gone
Garnish with coriander

I wouldn't say "Ummm,it tastes awesome, delicious ..blah,blah"But on a busy working day,for people who want to avoid outside food, this helps.
